Our Super Day of Science will involve all students from Foundation to Year 6. The program is designed around the theme “Seeds of Science, nurturing knowledge for all” and will provide students with hands-on experiences that build their curiosity and will link in with the topics of sustainability and agriculture.
Students will participate in science stations that encourage observation, prediction, testing, and discussion. Activities include UV bead investigations to explore invisible light and environmental exposure, red cabbage pH testing to classify substances and explore water quality concepts, solar-powered car challenges to investigate energy transfer and renewable technologies.
