?? Get Ready for an Amazing Science Week Adventure! ??
Have you ever wondered how plants grow, how seeds travel to new places, or why bees are so important? During Science Week, all Foundation to Year 6 students will become young scientists as they explore the fascinating world of plants, seeds and pollinators!
Students will discover the different ways seeds move and spread, from being carried by the wind to hitching a ride on animals. They will get hands-on by planting their own seeds and learning what plants need to grow healthy and strong.
We will also explore the incredible role bees play in helping plants reproduce through pollination. Students will learn why bees are important for our environment and for many of the foods we eat every day.
As part of the fun, students will create their own "Little Pollinators" and investigate how these tiny creatures help plants thrive. To make the week even more exciting, we will welcome a special guest speaker who will share fascinating facts about bees, beekeeping and honey production.
Science Week is packed with hands-on learning, creativity and discovery. We can't wait to see our students asking questions, making observations and developing a deeper understanding of the natural world around them. Join us for a week of buzzing excitement and growing knowledge! ???
